Dragonwell Green Tea

Tasting Notes: Earthy, Soft, Sweet

This single-region, green tea, also known as Lung Ching, originates from the Hangzhou region of the Zhejiang Province in eastern China. It may be one of the most well-known Chinese green teas known specifically for its unique shape and notable flavor. The flat, feather-like leaves brew into a greenish-yellow infusion that produces a sweet, vegetal aroma. The extraordinary nuttiness and vegetal flavor come from the specific pan-firing method used to halt the oxidation process.
